What
is PTA?
The Montessori School Parent Teacher Association is a committee of
eleven members acting on behalf of both parents and teachers, to
represent their interests in the school.
The committee arranges social opportunities to connect parents,
teachers, staff and students through special school activities and
events that raise awareness of specific issues, increase the involvement
in our children’s education and help enhance the school experience for
all parties involved.
Why get involved?
How can you contribute?
If you have a child at the school or if you are a member of the staff, you
are very welcome to come to general PTA meetings or volunteer to serve
on one of the PTA sub committees.
Your active involvement and participation in PTA activities is very much
needed. Your time commitment can be large or small; either way it will
be valuable.
Dates and times of all meetings and activities will be posted on a
special PTA board, and on the School’s Agenda.
